Smart Paste

Chrome extension: paste copied text once and Jev maps blocks to form fields, verifies against the source, and fills only confident matches.

Smart Paste is an open-source Chrome extension by Noman (@Nomandsign) built on TypeSafe Jev.

When you paste into a form, it splits the clipboard into candidate blocks, reads field labels and context, and Jev matches each block to the right field. Values are verified against the original text before insert — uncertain fields stay blank.

Install

git clone https://github.com/nomanjack/smart-paste.git

Load unpacked at chrome://extensions, add a TypeSafe API key in settings, then paste into supported text, email, tel, URL, and textarea fields (up to eight per form).
